It is through empathy, compassion, humor and building a foundation of trust that the therapy process empowers individuals to identify their strengths and become an active participant in their journey. With an understanding that life can be full of unexpected change, Anna strives to offer a safe and supportive space to take the steps and missteps towards a life filled with authenticity, growth and positive change.

Anna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, followed by her Master’s degree in Social Welfare from the University of California, Los Angeles.
