Jillian Workman

Jillian believes everyone has a story worth exploring, and she welcomes clients with compassion and acceptance. She works with clients of all ages, with a focus on children and teenagers, partnering with them to provide practical support for everyday life.
Rooted in a belief that a genuine, trusting client-therapist relationship is a catalyst for change, Jillian uses a person-centered approach. She provides developmentally-appropriate support through the use of play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques.
Jillian has worked with clients of many ages with a wide range of life experiences. She has an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. Prior to dedicating her career to supporting others on their mental health journeys, Jillian worked with veterans healthcare policy.
In her free time, Jillian enjoys exploring new places with her husband and son. She also loves baking and cooking for friends and family and visiting new coffee shops.
