Saba is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and international board certified lactation

consultant (IBCLC) specializing in perinatal mental health. She earned her Doctor of Nursing

Practice (DNP) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and has over a decade of

experience working in women’s health. In addition, she has completed advanced specialized

training from Postpartum Support International.


Saba is known for her warm, collaborative, and empathetic style. Her approach to mental health

is holistic and focuses on the whole person by addressing physical, emotional, social, and

lifestyle factors. She provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management,

lactation support, and integrates supportive therapy into each session.


She values ongoing learning and regularly pursues additional training and knowledge to better

support her patients. Outside of work, Saba enjoys spending time with her husband and two

daughters, exercising, playing piano, and exploring new areas.
