Mindy Turnbough

Operations and Billing Director

Mindy has 10 years of customer service experience and is coming to us after working for Prince William County Public Schools. She brings her positive attitude and love of helping others to our office to help keep things running smoothly. When she isn't working, she can be found quilting or spending time with her husband, two kids, and two cats.

Bill Kahlke

Patient Care Coordinator

Bill joined Think Happy Live Healthy in June of 2023, following a forty plus year career in sales and operations in the life insurance industry. His primary responsibility as the Patient Care Coordinator is to ensure that requests for our services are handled with professional urgency. He works to match the needs of our incoming clients with clinicians who are skilled in the areas needed and have availability to fit with the clients' requirements.

As an avid music and baseball fan (Yankees), he continues to enjoy both, and at one time was even an on air DJ for a community radio station. His main interest outside of work though, is spending time being an Opa to his two grandchildren.
