Welcoming a new baby into the world can be one of life’s most beautiful—and most challenging—transitions. Many mothers experience a wide range of emotions, from joy and awe to anxiety, sadness, or disconnection. These emotional ups and downs are common, but when they begin to interfere with daily life or your ability to connect with your baby, it might be more than just the “baby blues.”
At Think Happy Live Healthy, we provide compassionate, evidence-based support for women navigating postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, birth trauma, and identity shifts that often come with new motherhood. You are not a bad mom. You are not failing. You are human—and deserving of support.

Our Approach:
Our licensed therapists and psychiatrists use a range of evidence-based techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and maternal mental health-informed care to help you process your experience and feel more grounded, empowered, and supported. We meet you where you are—whether that’s in person or via telehealth—and walk alongside you without judgment.

Many of our providers are mothers themselves and understand firsthand the emotional rollercoaster of this season. You are not weak for needing help—you are wise for reaching out.

You are not alone. Healing is possible. Connection can be rebuilt.
Let’s take the first step together.
