Operations & Billing Director

Mindy brings 10 years of customer service experience to THLH, joining us after working for Prince William County Public Schools. She keeps things running smoothly with a positive attitude and genuine love of helping others. When she isn't working, you'll find her quilting or spending time with her husband, two kids, and two cats.
Bill Kahlke
Patient Care Coordinator

Bill joined THLH in June 2023 after a 40-plus-year career in sales and operations. His role is to match incoming clients with clinicians who are skilled in their areas of need, ensuring every request is handled with professional urgency. An avid music and baseball fan (Yankees), Bill's greatest joy outside of work is being an Opa to his two grandchildren.
