Christine M. Willing, MEd
Welcome to Think Happy Live Healthy
I spent nearly a decade as a school psychologist seeing firsthand how the system often misses the bigger picture. I watched as stress and anxiety in my students turned into physical symptoms before they could get the support they really needed. Around that same time, my own journey with chronic illness taught me that true healing requires more than just a quick fix. It requires looking at how our minds, our bodies, and our daily habits all work together.
I founded Think Happy Live Healthy because I wanted to create a place where care feels different. I wanted to build a practice where you don't have to piece together your own support system. By bringing therapy, psychiatry, and testing all under one roof, our team can work together to see the whole version of you.
My "why" is simple: I want to help you find a path to balance that actually lasts. Whether you are navigating the transitions of motherhood, managing burnout, or looking for a way to help your child thrive, I am here to make sure you have an expert team in your corner.
