Caise Castle, LPC, NCC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Caise is an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor offering both virtual and in-person therapy for kids, teens, and adults, ranging from age six to adulthood. She offers a warm, playful, and empowering environment that is non-judgmental and designed to create the best conditions for growth in each unique individual who comes through her door. She takes a friendly but direct approach to therapy that is eclectic in practice, utilizing various data-driven approaches to embody a warm and supportive space. Integrating her own personality and authenticity into treatment, she uses person-centered attachment theory, and trauma-informed approaches to meet clients where they are.
She excels in working with LGBTQIA+ clients and identity struggles, those dealing with anxiety and mood disorders, clients with difficulties in executive functioning and ADHD, and those needing support and guidance on relationships and communication.
She is a strong advocate for community, believing that building support through care and accountability can be healing. Collaboration and rapport are at the core of treatment and a guide towards the goal on the other side of therapy. Caise is a safe-haven where clients can let their guard down and truly get to know themselves, find clarity, and become empowered enough to carry what is learned in treatment into the outside world. She values uniqueness, diversity, accountability, autonomy, and security.
She was born and raised in Virginia, but as lived abroad and in several states in the US. She has three children with whom she spends most of her time with while not working. She also enjoys reading mysteries and trying new foods or restaurants.
