person therapy for kids, teens, and adults, ranging from age six to adulthood. She offers

a warm, playful, and empowering environment that is non-judgmental and designed to

create the best conditions for growth in each unique individual who comes through her

door. She takes a friendly but direct approach to therapy that is eclectic in practice,

Integrating her own personality and authenticity into treatment, she uses person-

centered, attachment theory, and trauma-informed approaches to meet clients where

they are.

anxiety and mood disorders, clients with difficulties in executive functioning and ADHD,

and those needing support and guidance on relationships and communication.

become empowered enough to carry what is learned in treatment into the outside world.

US. She has three children with whom she spends most of her time with while not
