Ana believes begins with a pause - a space where your story can unfold and be met with curiosity, compassion, and care. Her work is guided by the understanding that body and mind, past and present, self and society are all connected.
With dual Master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Health from UC Berkeley and advanced training with world-renowned trauma and treatment experts in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, CBT/REBT, EMDR, somatotherapy, and couples therapy, Ana helps clients gently unpack complex experiences, find clarity, and walk at their own pace toward growth and change.
Over the past two decades, she's worked with adults, couples, veterans, refugees, immigrants, and survivors of violence and war, helping them face trauma, anxiety, fears and phobias, anger, and relationship challenges. Together, Ana and her clients work to uncover strengths, build healthier ways of relating to self and others, and restore hope.
Whether you are seeking to quiet fear, heal old wounds, or navigate life’s transitions, Ana offers a warm, collaborative space to explore, grow, and create lasting change.
