Gail offers a compassionate space for individuals to receive support and bring in their authentic selves. She takes a warm and collaborative approach to therapy combining a playful interpersonal style with theoretical approaches centered in DBT. Gail acts as a soft place for clients to land and progressively be challenged to achieve their therapeutic goals.
As a Ghanaian-American woman, who was raised in both cultures she is familiar with the challenges that come acculturation, being a child of immigrants, and navigating new spaces. She has a deep desire and interest to work with clients of varying cultural and religious backgrounds and instill a sense of confidence in her client’s growth journeys.
In her free time Gail loves to visit art museums, attend live music events, and lay in the grass. She also loves trying new foods and traveling when she can.
