Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Madison is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in helping teens and adults with anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, and family/relational stressors. Madison also specializes in the perinatal and postpartum period. Madison aims to make therapy a place people feel comfortable being open about everything - from their most vulnerable thoughts to fun life updates. Madison has a client centered approach that involves finding the connection between how thoughts, feelings, and physical habits impact mental health. Madison pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy in order to best address each individual’s specific goals.
Madison holds a Master’s in Social Work and a certificate in marriage and family therapy from the University of Georgia, a bachelor’s in family and child sciences from Florida State University, as well as a certificate in maternal mental health from Postpartum Support International and Policy Center for Maternal Mental Health.
Madison is originally from Colorado, but has lived in Florida, Georgia, and Virginia. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, reading, and playing with her dog, Dilly.
