Rebecca Caldwell, MS, CAGS, ME.D

Licensed School Psychologist

Rebecca is a Licensed School Psychologist with over 20 years in this field, working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults—including parents—as they navigate anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, ADHD, executive functioning struggles, life transitions, and the pressures that come with parenting or performing as a young athlete. Rebecca also works closely with families on educational advocacy, helping them partner effectively with schools, and conducts psychological and comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for ADHD, Autism, anxiety, mood disorders, learning disabilities, giftedness, and private school applications.

Her practice serves therapy clients age 14 and up, adults of all ages, and testing clients from age 5 through young adulthood, alongside dedicated parenting support and school advocacy services.

Rebecca believes therapy works best when it's personal. Every client is different, so she creates a warm, authentic, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without fear of judgment. Her goal isn't just to help you manage symptoms—it's to help you build real self-awareness, strengthen your confidence, and find more fulfillment in your daily life and relationships.

Clients often describe working with Rebecca as both calming and empowering. She brings genuine curiosity to every session, and works collaboratively to untangle the patterns connecting your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships—making sense of the "why" behind what you're experiencing. Sessions blend meaningful self-discovery with practical strategies you can actually use, so the insight you gain in sessions shows up in your everyday life. Rebecca believes that over time, that clarity tends to grow into lasting confidence and resilience.

Beyond the therapy room, she brings hands-on experience working within schools and an additional master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, which shapes how she supports families navigating the education system. She is also a mom to tween boys, a former Division I collegiate athlete who still loves staying active, and someone who believes deeply in the outdoors, travel, family time, and taking care of yourself along the way.

Rebecca would love to work with you!
