Dr. Reeva Morton, Ph.D., BCBA-D, NCSP

Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Morton is a Licensed Psychologist in Virginia and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level (BCBA-D) who works with children, adolescents, and young adults. Her work focuses on supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), rare genetic disorders, and neurodiversity through evidence-based treatments that strengthen parent-child relationships, teacher-student relationships, and positive behavior supports. She uses a variety of evidence-based interventions that are trauma-focused, behavioral, and cognitive-behavioral. She is PCIT-certified and specializes in evidence-based interventions that strengthen parent-child relationships and support positive behavioral outcomes.


Dr. Morton is PSYPACT certified to practice telepsychology across most states.


Dr. Morton holds a PhD and MS in Educational Psychology with a concentration in School Psychology from Mississippi State University. She completed her clinical predoctoral internship training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Munroe Meyer Institute (UNMC-MMI) and postdoctoral training at the University of Florida, with an emphasis on evidence-based therapy for mood disorders and behavioral challenges as well as neuropsychological assessment of children and adolescents.


These experiences shaped her interest in the dissemination and implementation of culturally informed evidence-based interventions for neurodiverse individuals and those experiencing mood and behavioral challenges, as well as rare genetic disorders such as Cabezas syndrome and CHARGE syndrome.


In her free time, Dr. Morton enjoys travelling with her Goldendoodle and gardening.
