SECTION HEADING (H2): Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What services does Think Happy Live Healthy offer?
A1: Think Happy Live Healthy offers three core service lines under one roof: therapy, psychiatry, and psychological testing. Our therapy team provides evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, grief, postpartum challenges, stress, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care using modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy. Our psychiatric providers offer evaluation and medication management, and our testing team conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations including ADHD testing, autism testing, gifted testing, psychoeducational evaluations, and kindergarten readiness assessments for children, teens, and young adults.
Q2: Where are your offices located?
A2: We have two office locations in Northern Virginia. Our Falls Church office is at 256 N. Washington St., Suite 2, Falls Church, VA 22046, and our Ashburn office is at 20955 Professional Plaza, Suite 310/320, Ashburn, VA 20147. We also offer telehealth appointments for clients throughout the state of Virginia.
Q3: Do you accept insurance?
A3: Yes. All of our licensed providers are in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, including the Federal Employee Program and out-of-state BCBS plans. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid plan types, including Medicare Advantage plans through BCBS. For other insurance plans, we are out-of-network but can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We also accept credit cards, debit cards, and employer-sponsored HSA, FSA, and HRA accounts.
Q4: Do you offer telehealth appointments?
A4: Yes. We offer flexible telehealth appointments for therapy and psychiatry services to clients located anywhere in Virginia. Telehealth sessions use the same evidence-based approaches as our in-person sessions and are covered by most insurance plans.
Q5: How do I schedule an appointment?
A5: You can book a free 15-minute consultation directly through our website by visiting our appointment page. During the consultation, we will learn about your needs and match you with the right provider on our team. You can also reach us by phone at 703-942-9745 or by email at info@thinkhappylivehealthy.com.
Q6: What ages do you work with?
A6: We work with children, adolescents, and adults. Our therapy and psychiatry services are available to all age groups, and our psychological testing services are designed for children, teens, and young adults up to age 21.
Q7: Who founded Think Happy Live Healthy?
A7: Think Happy Live Healthy was founded in 2018 by Christine M. Willing, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Licensed School Psychologist. After nearly a decade as a school psychologist, Christine created the practice to offer integrative, whole-person mental health care that brings therapy, psychiatry, and testing together under one roof.
Q8: What should I expect during my first therapy session?
A8: Your first session is an intake appointment where your therapist will get to know you, understand your goals, and begin building a personalized treatment plan. Before your session, our team will verify your insurance benefits on your behalf and share the details with you. Sessions are available in person at our Falls Church or Ashburn offices, or via telehealth.
